Christmas

This year we were lucky to have Nana and Grandad spend the holiday with us. We had pretty good weather and were able to get out and do a lot but also relax at home a lot. It was the perfect way to spend the week - lots of eating too! Santa and all of our family were so generous with the kids. They will be playing with new things for months! Chase was still into getting (lots) of legos and Auds had an American Girl kind of a Christmas. Chase and Auds are still very much into Santa and Pinocchio too. Pinocchio wasn't too mischievous this year - although he did string some toilet paper, spill hot cocoa, and play with lots of the kids toys :). We had fun looking at lights, getting special holiday treats, baking, cooking, shopping, and being festive. Audrey was especially into decorating this year. She spent lots of time with both the big tree and the tree in her room. She also decorated Barbie's house and had fun dressing up her babies for different events. Chase enjoyed writing and rewriting and rewriting and rewriting :D his Christmas list. He had a hard time coming up with a lot since he isn't really into toys any more. iPad was top on his list and he really wanted more legos too. It was a special holiday!
