Audrey @ 4 Months!

Wow. I am definitely behind in blogging...we have been busy bees around here! Here are Audrey's 4 month pics for now. I thought I would switch it up and use this blue chair for the rest of the year so you could see how she is growing in relation to the chair but I think I like my white background better. This one is distracting me! 

Anyways, this month Audrey LOVES her hands. Plays, eats, stares and generally enjoys them for the better part of the day. She is rolling consistently from front to back, talks A TON more than Chase (but still cries a lot more than he did!). Her reflux is getting way better and she even let Ah and Pa take care of her this past weekend without too much trouble. She is waking up a bit more at night than she had been, but I attribute that to her lack of interest in food during the day and then hunger at night. I'm working on switching things up for her, and she even has had her first solids experience! More on that to come :)...xoxo

Utah!

We had a great time in Utah to celebrate my mom's wedding, and even though we were not there for the actual ceremony, we were able to enjoy so many fun things while at the Snowbird ski resort. It was a great break from the heat and Chase had a BLAST!

10 on 10 | August

For those of you who follow my blog, you know I am an avid fan of The Bloom Forum. It is a wonderful place where I can learn, grow and share. This month I bring you a new project and a new opportunity for me to document my family. Plain, uncensored, and real. It is not only a way for me to join a fabulous group of girls for some photo fun, it is a way for me to connect with my family and remember the little things about life that make it so sweet. This project is pretty simple: 10 photos in one day | taken roughly every hour for 10 hours | posted on the 10th of the month. 11:30am | packing, moving, ugh.

12:15pm | pocket of light. packing is made easier when I think about how much better the light is in the new house.

1:45pm | nana comes to town

3:00pm | such a serious little face

5:30pm | dinner made easy

7:00pm | the bath toys will be the last to be packed, a special request from Chase.

Chase And His Ladies....

The other day I had Audrey on her tummy while I was getting a couple of things done. I walked into the room to see Chase sitting next to her talking quietly about his trucks. I RAN to grab my camera and snapped just two before he realized I was there. I wish I could have gotten a better angle but I'm so glad I caught this sweet moment between the two of them. He so loves his little sister and I love watching them grow together.

Chase also has another little love. He and Skylar are playing SO cute together lately and are like two little pees in a pod. Witness them watching Dora together:

Another day I caught them after sneaking off to play in the tub together (minus water)...

Chase LOVES to have a popcorn party and will have one with whomever will partake in a popcorn with him. Skylar is definitely one of his favorite dates :). He also loves to have popsicle parties. I'm sure he loves them more than a popcorn party even!
