Kids were up a little late...Mike was soooo excited for them to wake up to see what Santa had brought! But they were nice and cozy on the floor and took their time. Santa was super on it with what they wanted. But then again, they were pretty specific. Barbie dream house (Santa was thinking when he decided to bring a different wooden model that he thought might last a little bit longer) and a ginormous switch n go dino for Chase. Yup, after they opened those two toys we could have stopped....they were happy campers! It was nice tho, we took a few breaks, mommy and daddy opened gifts and it was a relaxing morning. A little later Santa stopped by. Not sure how he stays awake so long but it was cool to see him again....and crazy to know that even Santa shops at Lulu ;)
On the phone with Grandma Iris who was visiting the North Pole...errrr...Chicago for the holidays. I think she should stick to visiting Chicago in the summer after this last round of storms ;)
