Not so long ago we had a disappointing (to mama) experience with Audrey and Dance. I feared she would not be into it, would not do it on her own, and would generally cry throughout every session. However, we had enrolled in two summer sessions so I was determined to see them through. One private dance lesson, numerous "ice's", her own wardrobe choices and a baby of her choice accompanying her to class later and I can officially say Audrey LOVES dance. She calls for it every time we pass the studio and cannot wait to go back. We start back in September with *hopefully* the same teacher and I look forward to lots of sweet dance moments with her. Now that she is "into" going, she is super determined. She watches the teacher's every move and tries to emulate what she sees. It is really cute. My mom thinks that she may have been so determined to be the best that she just wouldn't participate until she was. Maybe she's onto something….Audrey is quite the type A personality already :)
