Hello fans of the Terrones family and random Blogstalkers. It's been a while. My how the time flies. Is anyone reading this anymore? I am sure you are because Carrie has been rad about keeping this thing on point. What turned out to be an annoying hobby has turned into a full on chronicle of our lives. Her constant photo opps for me, Chase, and Audrey have morphed into a business and a blog product that I in all honesty am very proud of her for and that I get constant enjoyment out of. So in the spirit of mothers day I will start with a little bit about Carrie and then try to catch up on 3 years of dad blogging about Chase and Audrey.
Mothers day Gift #1
This has been a challenging year for Carrie. I would compare it to my manager calling me and letting me know he has doubled my sales territory for the same pay. The new territory has very whiney customers that need 24 hour attention and since the new customers require so much time the old customers are pretty pissed off too. Couple that with the fact that Carrie is only entitled to half of my salary and you would think that she would have moved over to a more lucrative family months ago. Despite all of this she has stuck by us and if it were a sales job she would definitely be making sales excellence and would have my vote for rep of the year. In her speech she would thank me, but that is just projecting humility as it has been her that has kept our house in check to a level that allows me to be able to be happy and successful in life and career. Happy mothers day babe… It has been a pleasure watching you bond with Audrey all year while still finding the time to make sure that Chase flourishes. NOW I CAN SAVE 3 DOLLARS ON A CARD.
Kids
This blog entry is really about my darling wife, but since I have neglected my son for three years (as a blogger not father) and my daughter for her entire existence (as a blogger not father) I promise to get back on here and write a blog about Audrey and Chase in the coming weeks.
Happy mothers day to the other mom in my life as well, Iris Terrones. I love you mom and am proud of you. To all the rest of you mothers out there keep doing what you do and happy mothers day. If you are not a mother and are spending your time reading this you are definitely not allocating your time correctly and I will crush you come fantasy football season.
