OK, this is another picture heavy post! But we had such a great Easter weekend, there is so much to share...1st up, Chase had his first egg painting experience. I think Mike was the one who did most of the painting, but Chase had fun watching, and eating the colorful eggs later! Next up, we took Chase to our neighborhoods "Spring Fling" picnic. There were face painters, bounce houses, a petting zoo and more. Chase had a blast with Skylar and other little friends!!! On Easter Sunday, we started the day out at my aunt's club where there was a huge Easter egg hunt. I was afraid Chase wouldn't "get" the hunt part but he was on it! Thank goodness Uncle Boo had a great big hat to stash extra eggs in since Chase's basket was just too small! After his club hunt, we went over to pa & ah's house where he had a private egg hunt and a great big Easter basket waiting for him. He did great on the hunt there too, and loved his new ball and trucks. We then went over to Bruce & Sally's for a lovely Easter dinner with the whole family. And that was not all of for Chase's Easter celebration...yesterday, his Easter "box" arrived from his nana filled with an Easter book, cookies, egg colors and more for Audrey too. All in all it was a great weekend and it was great that we were so busy - it kept my mind off of waiting for Audrey's arrival!
