Recital Rehearsal!

Tonight was Audrey's dance rehearsal and it is where I took the most pics. Cameras are not allowed tomorrow but I'm sure I'll steal a few :). She ROCKED this rehearsal. What a difference a year makes. She was super excited, smiled the whole time and while she was nervous before her first number by the end of the third she was prancing around. I was super proud of her. Full makeup was required. She was totally excited for that and although I think it is adorable, it is sad to see how grown up she looks in it!

Baseball

Spring is in the air, and so is baseball! Chase had his first game of the season this week. They are the Royals (as, I suspect, a lot of teams will be). However, we have some pretty awesome jersey's sponsored by Google Fiber so our team was feeling pretty cool on the field! It is still coach pitch. Chase's accuracy has greatly improved and he's not afraid of the ball anymore. Plus, he has a great time out there! Lot's more practices and games now however, we can have two games plus practices every week!

And just like that....Chase is a 1st grader. I don't know if I cried more because he is growing up or because I loved his teacher (Mrs. Culbertson) so much and will miss having her next year. At least I get to see her in the halls, she really was the most patient and caring educator! She taught Chase so much and he matured so much as well. I am so proud of his accomplishments. He made new friends, excelled at his course work, and was an all around sweet kid. I know I will be proud of him for many years to come!
