Camping…Kinda!

Back in February, Mike & Chase took to the backyard in a mock camping setup complete with a tent, fire pit, s'mores, and comfy beds back inside the house when they (Mike) were too cold to spend the whole night outside! It was really cute and I was excited when they let me & Audrey participate in the best part…the s'mores!

10 on 10 | April

For those of you who follow my blog, you know I am an avid fan of The Bloom Forum. It is a wonderful place where I can learn, grow and share. This month I continue a new project and a new opportunity for me to document my family. Plain, uncensored, and real. It is not only a way for me to join a fabulous group of girls for some photo fun, it is a way for me to connect with my family and remember the little things about life that make it so sweet. This project is pretty simple: 10 photos in one day | taken roughly every hour for 10 hours | posted on the 10th of the month. T-Ball!

Chase had his first T-Ball game last weekend….to say he likes it better than soccer is an understatement! He loves that there is no direct confrontation, that he can kind of hang loose without the stress of constantly going after the ball, and the fact that when he's up to hit the attention is all on him :). Plus he loves that fact that dad is his coach (and a darn handsome coach too :)).

Austin :)

Well its official…you can add Austin to the list of places we would live. It is such a cool town. Family friendly, but fun for the adults too. Thank you to all of our Austin friends for showing us such a great time in your city. We will be back for more!

The Austin Animal Sanctuary…may be small but the kids thought it was grand! And of course, Chase was mesmerized by the train. It was the only time he took his eyes off Bella :)
