Nana Comes To Town :)

So my mom had not met Audrey because she had to finish her school year out and school lets out what seems to be super late to me in Oregon. Anyways, she finally got to meet Audrey when she came to town a couple of weeks ago! We had such a wonderful visit...well, at least I had a great time with her here. She may say differently as I put her to work the whole time :). It was great to have her here 24/7 so I could take care of some of the things I have put on the back burner and have a little fun too :). She even extended her stay because Mike was out of town (AGAIN...ugh!) so I didn't have to be alone.

We even got some serious shopping time in and she found an amazing wedding dress for her upcoming nuptials. We can't wait to head to Park City for the wedding in August!

More Utah Pics :)

I'm a little behind on photos and have lots to share but wanted to add Utah pics for now. We went with Ah, Pa, Uncle Boo and Aunt Aye.. It was a great little break from the heat and we had a blast hiking, eating, fishing (well, dad Mike & Chase did the fishing), and eating some more!

Chase loved reading the letters off of this bear. He was just his size! 

And Audrey LOVED the porch. Outdoor girl!

Happy 2 Months Audrey!!!

Another month down and I am still feeling like she just came yesterday! She's full of smiles now, although it is hard to catch them on camera. This is more of a smirk, but when she smiles big nothing makes me happier!

She's still having a pretty hard time with the reflux. Not spitting up as much, but in a lot of pain. She likes to be held the majority of the time and gets pretty cranky when you try to put her in her swing, carseat, playmat, or anything else for that matter! She is sleeping pretty well once she is down and is liking her bassinet more and more. Chase is still super sensitive with her and wants to try to help with whatever he can when she is fussy. 

Usually that means telling me one of the following:

-"Audrey wants her mama" 

-"Audrey needs her mimi (blanket)" 

-"Audrey needs to eat." 

Apparently, in Chase's world, one of these three things is all you need in life :)

This weekend we escaped the heat by heading up to Duck Creek, Utah with the family. Here are just a few images for  now...little man was quite the mountain man!

Happy Father's Day

Continuing with my project of taking a photo of Chase in daddy's shirt each year (check out last year's photo), I harassed Chase into doing it again. Clearly, he isn't any happier about having his picture taken than he was last year. He picked the wrong mom if he doesn't want his picture taken, don't ya think?!

He wasn't too much more enthusiastic about taking a photo with Audrey (thank you Aunt Stephine for the too cute Etsy shirts!)...

Even Rigley looks annoyed!
