Rigley had a tough weekend...Surgery for a torn ACL on Friday and recovery for the next eight weeks. Poor girl is a trooper. I have promised that once she recovers she will get a lot more park action than before. Not only because she will be better and able to go to the park regularly without being in pain, but because I want to get my money's worth out of this surgery hahaha :).

Mr. & Mrs. Hoffman.
This weekend marked an event that was a short time in the making, but a lonnnnggg time coming. After years of togetherness, Kyle & Theresa tied the knot at the beautiful Cascata Golf Course. The weekend started Friday with mani-pedi's, bridal party lunch, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner at Firefly downtown. Then Saturday we headed to Dave & Ann's home to have our hair and makeup done, watched the first round of vows, and headed to Cascata for an exquisite ceremony (with a beautiful marriage by our very close friend Ryan), dinner, and night of dancing. An amazing wedding planned in record time by Theresa and Ann. Chase spent the weekend with Sally and then grandma & grandpa's (THANK YOU!) and had either a horrible bout of teething or some serious separation anxiety. Poor pumpkin....although I have to admit that I missed him more than ever over the two days! I had some fabulous pics from the new camera, but of course, the rookie in me corrupted one of the files and had to reformat the disk leaving me with NO PHOTOS! Below are what I have from the camera that I didn't corrupt :).

Park.
You will be seeing a lot of pictures of Chase and friends at our park in the future. One, because it is a great way to spend the day now that Chase has moved from four to two legs. Two, because I am learning to use my DSLR camera, and as the saying goes, "practice makes perfect!" Photography has always been something that I have been interested in and I am excited that I now have the tools to explore it. We will see where it takes me....but for now, enjoy the work in progress. I will do my best to update often in 2010!
The pics below are from today of Chase & Sofia...
